Therapeutic massage

Therapeutic massage by trained hands — not a spa session. We start from the complaint: a headache, sciatica, a locked neck, or heavy legs, and work on the muscle and the point responsible for it. Departments are separated for men and women, and sessions cover head, foot and back work, plus dedicated sessions for sciatica, mobility and headache relief.
What a session works on
Headaches and neck tension
Most recurring headaches start in the neck and shoulders. We work on the source instead of muting it for an afternoon.
Sciatica and lower back
Targeted sessions to take pressure off the nerve, and get you sitting and walking without pain following you around.
Foot massage
For long hours standing, for sport, or for the heaviness at the end of a day — a lot of relief starts at the feet.
Separate departments
A men's department and a women's department, each with its own therapists and its own appointment times.
How a session works
Understanding the complaint
Where the pain sits, when it gets worse, and what you have already tried before reaching us.
Choosing the session
Pressure, technique and length are chosen for your case, not from a fixed menu applied to everyone.
The session and aftercare
You leave with simple guidance that makes the session last longer — not a complicated routine you forget by tomorrow.
